Aviation operation safety information monitoring system (AOSIMS) ensures functioning of continuous monitoring approach as part of Universal flight safety oversight audit program in the Russian Federation and is available at simbad.mlgvs.ru

System structure



The subjects of the system are federal executive authorities and service providers.

Technical operator is presented by FSUE State Research and Development Institute of Civil Aviation being a participant of an integrated system and AOSIMS developer and providing organization support of activities of the work group in IDC in compliance with applicable regulatory documents.

Experts of the work group in ICAO Interdepartment Commission (ISC) are members of the system and coordinate subjects’ work in accordance with spheres of audit.

National coordinator being a direct participant of the integrated system and its organizer distributes rights and responsibilities of subjects and in compliance with them provides access to AOSIMS. After the subjects submit required information into on-line system, national coordinator makes a decision on data exchange with on-line ICAO CMA system.
