- On the official letterhead of a company (enterprise)
- To the attention of Director of Center in FSUE State Research and Development Institute of Civil Aviation, Valeriy Yurievich Brusnikin
- In the application specify the following:
- full name of a contact person, his/her phone number and e-mail;
- sections of the digital library to which an access is required;
- in case it is necessary to have access to OTD, indicate aircraft types;
- company (enterprise) particulars.
